The operator is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR and the seller within the meaning of the Terms of Sale.

Supervision of the provision of the service and consumer protection is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). Trade licensing supervision is carried out by the competent trade licensing office.

The supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (www.uoou.cz).
