Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website and of the free and paid Reconvio tool. By using the Service you agree to them.

Effective from: July 3, 2026

1. Introduction

The operator of the Reconvio Service is Bonderio s.r.o., Company ID 06854699, registered office at Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic (the “operator”). Contact details are on the Contact and operator page.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users of the website and the tool. Paid services are further governed by the Terms of Sale, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the service and its limits

Reconvio runs an automated check of a publicly available website and compiles a clear report of findings and recommendations.

The results are indicative and informational. This is not a full security audit or penetration testing, and the findings may not be exhaustive. The operator does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the results and does not replace a professional assessment.

3. Rules of use

The user undertakes to check only websites they own or manage, or which they have the consent of an authorised person to check.

The following is prohibited in particular:

  • using the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of the rights of third parties;
  • attempting to overload the Service, circumvent its limits, abuse it in bulk in an automated way, or disrupt its operation;
  • using the results for harmful conduct against third-party websites.

In the event of a breach of these rules, the operator may restrict or block access to the Service.

4. Email and unlocking the report

To make the full report available or to send it, the Service may require an email address. By entering the email, the user confirms they are entitled to use that address.

The report link is non-public and must not be shared with unauthorised persons, as it describes specific weaknesses of the checked website. The handling of the email is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website, the tool, its source code, texts, graphics and the check methodology are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the operator unless stated otherwise.

The user may use the report and its content for their own needs and to secure their own website. It is not permitted to copy the Service, systematically extract it, or create a competing database from it without the operator's consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, in particular in its free part. The operator gives no warranty that it will be error-free, continuously available, or that it will reveal all problems of the checked website.

The operator is not liable for damage arising from the use or inability to use the Service, unless liability follows from a mandatory provision of law. The consumer's statutory rights are not affected.

The user is responsible for decisions made on the basis of the results and for changes to their own website.

7. Changes to the terms and the service

The operator may reasonably change the Service and these terms. The current wording is always available on the website with a stated effective date.

By continuing to use the Service after a new version takes effect, the user agrees to the amended terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are decided by the Czech courts unless mandatorily provided otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Operator contact details are on the Contact and operator page.

This document is informational and does not constitute legal advice. Before going live, we recommend having its wording and the details you fill in reviewed by a lawyer.
